Faster running

6x550m hill

I kept the effort on the first 5 at 75% or so. My heart rate stayed around 155-160 for the first 4 and 165-170 for the last 2. I pushed the downhill - 6:30-6:50 pace - and then took ~90s extra recovery while everyone else made their way back down the hill.

I didn't feel great, but I wasn't in terrible pain either. A mid run tweak to my form [tucking my hips under more] really helped ease up on the pain. I will definitely have to continue to foam roll and stretch calves/achilles, in addition to rolling my feet with a frozen water bottle and a baseball.
