Faster running 6x550m hill I kept the effort on the first 5 at 75% or so. My heart rate stayed around 155-160 for the first 4 and 165-170 for the last 2. I pushed the downhill - 6:30-6:50 pace - and then took ~90s extra recovery while everyone else made their way back down the hill. - 2:09.61
